Yes, we offer both. Depending on your location and needs, we can arrange on-site
factory visits or remote consultations via Zoom, Google Meet, or phone. Hybrid
support models are also available for ongoing projects.
4. Can you help new garment
factories set up their production and quality systems?
Absolutely. We specialize in end-to-end factory setup support including
workflow design, quality SOPs, IE implementation, manpower planning, and
production floor layout.

include lean manufacturing, defect control, KPI tracking, and more.

Our charges depend on the type of service, factory size, duration of the
project, and location. We offer competitive and transparent pricing. Contact us

8. Is your support compliant with
international standards and audits (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP)?
Yes. Our systems and advice are aligned with global buyer standards and audit
protocols. We can also assist in preparing for certifications and compliance
audits.
9. Do you serve factories outside of
Bangladesh?
Currently, our primary focus is on Bangladeshi garment factories, but we are
open to international collaborations, especially for virtual support and
training.
