Accessories attachment test (Button, Bow, Any kinds of metal Badge)

1.0 Purpose: To ensure secure all types of attachments with garments before production starts. 

 2.0 Scope: This process applies to all types of attachments used in garments within the organization.

 3.0 Responsibilities: Quality Supervisor/Auditor/Inspector in the store.

 4.0 Process

4.1 Attach all accessories (Button, Bow, any kind of metal badge) with the standard mockup as per production.

4.2 Check for pull force test as per buyer’s requirements or 90N for 10 seconds with appropriate clamps.

4.3 Keep the mockup for future reference with records.

4.3 If ok, proceed with bulk; if not ok, take action or return to the supplier.

উৎপাদন শুরুর আগে পোশাকের সাথে সমস্ত ধরণের সংযুক্তি সুরক্ষিত করন নিশ্চিত করা।

 

২.০ আওতা

এই প্রক্রিয়াটি প্রতিষ্ঠানে প্রস্তুতকৃত সকল পোশাকে সমস্ত ধরণের সংযুক্তির জন্য প্রযোজ্য।

 

৩.০ দায়ীত্ব

স্টোরের কোয়ালিটি সুপারভাইজার / অডিটর / ইন্সপেক্টর।

 

৪.০ প্রকৃয়া

৪.১ উৎপাদন অনুযায়ী স্ট্যান্ডার্ড মোকআপে সমস্ত এক্সেসরিজ (বোতাম, বৌ, যে কোন ধরণের ধাতব ব্যাজ) সংযুক্ত করুন।

৪.২ ক্রেতার প্রয়োজনীয়তা অনুসারে পুল টেস্ট করুন বা উপযুক্ত ক্ল্যাম্প দিয়ে ১০ সেকেন্ড ৯০ নিউটনে।

৪.৩ রেকর্ড সহ ভবিষ্যতের রেফারেন্সের জন্য মোকআপ সংরক্ষণ করুন ।
